Surgeries can be done to enlarge the length and grith of the organ. 2 to 4 inches can be achieved, but it is indeed a painful experience. while under going that surgery anything can go wrong. lord have mercy if there are complications or nerves and tissues are damaged that is goodbye to erection and sex. The germans right now are the best in organ enlargement.
