Folks I knew
I was going to get hard knocks from the men folks, I published the article on
sex and already I have gotten 12 mails from men lampooning me that I am against
men having sex the way they want it , and how they want it. Alright let me
clarify some points. Sex is good for men, sex is a form of exercise, it helps
in checkmating prostrate issues in men, hell I love sex and when I was quite
younger I had sex twice daily morning and night and I was indeed a stud you
know I could go 4times in the morning.
But as I grew older and age began
catching up with me I had to slow down. The heart is the center of all
activities and the heart bears are the strain. As we age the heart tends to age
too. Now a lot of men get engaged in very violent sex they call it rough riding, for they feel women love it hard and rough and very fast. I have and so many patients
drop by at my office and tell me Dr Paul ‘my wife beats me hands down in the
bed room’.
I get to ask is it a competition, is it a game must there be a
winner. The truth is no matter how hard you try you cannot defeat a woman in
bed. Guys do you all really know the depth of a woman’s vagina. If you do then
you won’t take sex as a conquest that a winner must emerge. My advice for men is
do the best you can to satisfy your partner do not attempt to go the whole nine
yard by thinking you can exhaust her.
I get amused by most men that tell me she
was moaning and I was riding her so hard and fast, you’re naive keep going fast
till your heart gives in then the lady that was moaning would be the one to
take you to the hospital if your luck you might survive it if not she will be at
your funeral. Don’t get me wrong sex is beautiful it’s an activity that binds
two souls together. But you need to be careful with sex if not you will regret it.
Leave the hardcore sex, the violent sex, the rough riding to the young ones. As
you age your love making should get better, it should be more romantic, and more
passionate just like the way wine gets old and gets matured, so it should be with you,
and your love making skills and techniques (Maturity). I hope I have been able
to satisfy my male reads that came hard at me .Tomorrow am going to talk about some

(men) go out there and make love to your wives slowly, tenderly like real men
and not like boys with new toys.
