HAPPY NEW YEAR (My new year message to my readers)

Well 2015 was a great spectacular year, it was fun, it had its challenges it had its moments and above all it was a good year. We will always be grateful for 2015 and we know 2016 will be an awesome year. Well 2 hours to the termination of 2015, i lost my neighbor Mrs Olatoye, she was 61 or there about. Couple of months back we just buried her dad, he lived well in to his eighties. Her death made me speechless it knocked the wind right out of my wind pipe. I didn't see her death coming.I am use to death and people dying but this was a shocker for i had seen her 4 days back during my end of year party.

After that party she was hospitalized she had High blood pressure, which affected her kidneys, then she had bronchial pneumonia which led to a clot in her lungs. with in 3 days it became complicated and her kids lost her. I felt her death because she was the matriarch of my estate a loving mother that single handedly raised her kids to affluence in the society. She was a rock, a pillar to her kids and my estate, any conflict she was at the fore front resolving it.My heart goes out to her kids Segun olatoye, Ebun olatoye Ay(Rozay) olatoye and to the entire Olatoye family in Lasgidi ,Ijebu, America, U.k and the rest of the world.RIP Mama Olatoye we shall meet to part no more. I shall address the issue of high blood pressure, it kills so fast.i have been away for 4 days for some meditation and sober reflection, i had set my goal in 2016 immediately it was 12 mid night and my kids were screaming happy new year.

My goal is hinged on spirituality and selflessness, especially in pursuit of other peoples happiness. May we  show  ore love to people around us this new year, may we take a break from our fearful drive and quest for materialism. When i set out to create this blog and write about health issues on this blog a lot of my colleagues thought i was insane. "Why give out trade secret" they asked me. "People will always get sick and we will always treat them and(make money)". A friend said that to me. Of course i agree but as i age and  am close to my death bed, i tilt to the opinion, that service to humanity is not all about money.  

 

I want to use this opportunity to salute those medics, courageous men and women we have in the Red cross,great men and women that we have, that have volunteered in the project called 'Doctors with out Borders'. They risk their lives in Africa and all around the world treating, and healing the sick and the poor., yet some prick of a doctor is in his office up in Hollywood, up in Beverly hills billing thousand of dollars greedy punks, to them its all about the money. And so i created this blog to teach, enlighten and to warn Africans (my immediate constituency) and to the rest of the world that there are signs you need to be careful of, vital health signs.immediately you observe them take flight to the nearest hospital do not procrastinate or, you just might end up dead. My blog is to teach life saving principles i believe in convention medicine, Alternative complimentary medicine, Chinese medicine and the Asian Indian herbal medicine.

 I believe in proactive medicine which preventive medicine..For starters i will review the 36 principles of cheating death and living a health longer life. The 36 principles of cheating death is an Asian long kept secret to longevity.To those we lost in 2015 i say #RIP
