well its been a week and i have not come up on this blog, to write on health issues, it was not intentional, i had to do a quick travel outside the shores of Nigeria. I want to thank my readers that sent in emails wondering where i went to, i am grateful for your concerns. I am back and lets get started on Health. i hope every one is doing great and in great health, yeah i know the fuel crisis is biting hard, but i assure you it will soon be a thing of the past. my heart still goes out to Brazilian kids born with the Zika virus. This is hoping that they will live a normal life.
