I am Back in the country

Hi friends,
well its been 14 days and i have not written about any health issues, well i apologize i had to do a little travel out side the shores of this great country, well i am back and we have so much to talk about.
I just realized that Energy drinks is now the in thing in Nigeria,and also skin bleaching too. well we are going to talk about this issue and get to find out if Energy drink is harmful or healthful(I like the word)and also skin bleaching.
I sure do hope every one is in good health.
