thrash in, thrash out. The question is what do you eat? What do you feed your body?
Is your body a dumping ground for junk food? How do you know you’re not eating
right very simple? When you visit the toilet, can another individual go in without
running out and holding their nose? When you indulge in a healthy diet, when you visit the toilet the
stench of your excrete is not as toxic, foul smelling, and disgusting as compared to when you indulge
in body killing meals. It’s unfortunate that right now, we are having a lot of
health issues and complications. Our people are dying even before they attain
50 years. This trend has got to stop we need to go back to nature, back to the
essence, back to organics. Now this is where the Asians are a lot smarter than
the Americans and the Europeans and the rest of the world. The Asians 90percent
of their meal is pattered towards the vegetarian life style and diet. They
abhor fast food with hatred and disdain. You will never catch an Asian man eating
burger this burger that. This hot dog or that hog dog, is he mad? No he is not.
The Asians basically eat, Tofu, and fish, and lots of fish and green tea. You
will hardly see an obese Asian except he is a bit weighty from birth. If you
want to live long stay off *Junk food*fast food{fast death)*in-organic
food*canned and processed food*,Red meat(this
is a no-no it’s a killer forget your barbecue beef if you want to live longer
instead barbecue fish and chicken.) I have said it countless times may we go back
to pure natural food and fruits. The Americans have advanced ways of
cultivating treated seeds, which to me is not acceptable they call it Re-engineered
seeds and fruits. This is stupid because their processed foods and meals leave
them sick and processed in the Hospital bed. Stick to natural fruits that has not been
tampered or re-engineered.
