George Bush's company Mobil Oil Corporation and the Oil company Chevron owns HIV-medicine patents.
When Bush was president the U.S. government spent much money on AIDS projects.
So the president gave funding to his own company.
Several HIV and AIDs related patents are owned by the U.S. army. Mobil Oil Corporation owns a HIV-medicine patent

George Bush's family owns Mobil Oil Corporation that owns patents for HIV treatment. So this is a way for him to put taxpayers money in his own pocket.
