We are gradually coming to an end on the project how to live long and cheat death. If you want to live long, Eat, Broccoli, grapes, tomatoes, onions, salads with a little cream dressing. Maintain a diet rich in green fruits (esp. for those having diabetes)lower your fat intake, lower your sugar intake, go fruits fruits fruits, for they contain the needed vitamins to fight free radicals if you switch to the vegan diet then I assure good health all the way. And do drop by for regular check up with your physician if you do this life threatening ailments can be spotted at its early stage and handled.
