To live long, you must toil the earth,
and make an honest living. You must make peace with nature; you must be one
with the elements. You must love nature, to live long your soul must be in
tandem with the cosmic forces. To live long your hands must be pure devoid of blood.
Lots of people are killers, their garments are soiled and polluted with blood. To
live long you must commune with God, and He too in turn must acknowledge and
commune with you. To live long you must be a man of peace, you must seek the
best for mankind and people and around you.To live long you be pure as the dove, pure in heart pure in deeds to your fellow men.
