To live long, you must make it a
habit of drinking water, water is the best medicine known to man. Observe the desert
camel they prefer to drink water instead of food. The problem with us is that
we are gluttons, savages, and barbarians. We eat too much; we feast on flesh, red,
meat and junk foods. To live long drink at least 10 glasses of water daily. I drink
30 glasses of water daily. And to take it a notch higher if you want to live
long make it a habit of drinking green tea at least 4 times a week. Water and
green tea helps to detoxify the body and fight free radicals that cause damages
and destruction to the body.
