Go for regular medical checkup. In
this part of the world (Africa), we have made it a point of duty not to drop by
regularly to see our health care provider and physician for checkups. Going for
medical checkup is not an African process, ideology and way of life. Matter of
fact we don’t just like going for check up, and this could lead to serious devastating
health issues. I assure you if we check up on the regular, life treating
diseases such as cancers and tumors can be spotted out on time and treatment is
followed to resolve the health issues. Majority of individuals that have survived
cancer did because early detection and medical examination played an important role.
I am not going to over flog this issue, if you want to live long please go for
your regular medical checkup, examination and evaluation bare in mind you must
not wait till your sick before going in. a stitch in time saves the fabric from
being shredded into bits and pieces.
