To live long you must not over eat, a lot of people are gluttons they just keep eating even when they are filled up they keep at it. Little do they know that being over fed affects the health? If you want to find out why you should not eat too much then you need to do your own personal research. But if you’re too lazy to do that, then keep eating yourself full. To live long you must eat when you get hungry and not eat for the fun of it, eating is an Art. Avoid the temptation of eating even while you’re full this in the long run will ruin your health. Overeating, particularly high-fat, high-calorie foods, can increase your risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. When obesity is the result of overeating, you're also at an increased risk for certain types of cancer, gallbladder disease, high cholesterol and sleep apnea. The long-term dangers of overeating don't have anything to do with your appearance, but they can be equally as devastating. When you overeat high-fat, high-calorie foods, can increase your risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. When obesity is the result of overeating, you're also at an increased risk for certain types of cancer, gallbladder disease, high cholesterol and sleep apnea. You might also develop high blood pressure, which can contribute to an elevated risk of having a stroke.
