To live long, you must have a form of exercise that you indulge in. The human body is a computer that must be serviced regularly. Just like the auto mobile that you drive, you get to tune it and service it regularly for better optimum performance. Same it is with the human body. Exercise is that tune up that the body needs to stay health and fit. I agree so much that diet is an integral part in staying health and feet, but diet alone just won’t cut it, you need to stay trim fit and health and you get this done by working out. There are so many forms of exercises and work out we can get involved in. You want to live long please work out, exercise that body till it is in tip top form, but remember go easy on your work out . Before you start any major work drop by to have an examination with your heath care provider when you do, you will be checked out and if your in good health then you go right ahead and work that body out .I assure you, plenty of sleeps, exercises, good meal, fruits and vegetables, a stable mental health then my friends you’re fit as a fiddle who knows you might out live me.
