here it happens to be one of my favorite season and i got a surprise today in my office an old patient that once had weight issue
dropped by to pick up some medications.
she looked very different at first glance i didn't recognize her at first . There was something strange and yet different about
her. After couple of seconds it dawned on me that her skin color was quite
different. She use to be dark in completion but now she is very fair.
oh yes, she bleached her skin but that is not the problem.The problem is that she is reacting terribly to a form of skin infection probably due to the cream she has been using. well i am no dermatologist so i sent her to one for skin care advice.

Today i want to talk about skin bleaching . Is skin bleaching really acceptable, why do we bleach our skin and what limit do we get to before we stop or do not stop.So lets talk about skin bleaching. Do we agree that skin bleaching use to be a trend in Nigeria way back with the Tura soap, Top gel, and other cosmetics, but after some time it went off the radar only to resurface this time around with so many men and women bleaching. I am being told that there is a difference between skin bleaching, skin toning or lightening so lets get into this whole bizarre bleaching industry Why do we bleach, why do our ladies bleach is it to look more beautiful. (if it is to look more beautiful then GOD that created you the way you are did not know what he was doing)so for those that bleach they dont appreciate Gods creative ingenuity. My kids love music and some times when they come back from church they break out singing "All things bright and beautiful all creatures big and small all things bright and beautiful the lord God made them all".
Great song. If i am to go on with this song it means God in His wisdom created everything beautiful.So why bleach, why change your skin tone.(To be continued)
